Except for keeping the batteries charged regularly there is no required maintenance. A yearly inspection is recommended
- How long do the batteries last?
Most batteries are good for 4 years if charged regularly. They are available from MAX-Ability. There is enough reserve power to access at least 20 flights of stairs on one battery charge
- How do I maintain the batteries?
It is recommended that the batteries be on the charger whenever the product is not in use
- What about training and availability
On-site training is included. The products are readily available
